Located on the living room wall. Kindly keep temperatures within a reasonable range while away to conserve comfort and energy.
Laundry
A stacked front-loading washer and dryer are at your disposal. Please empty the lint trap after each dryer cycle.
Dishwasher
Use only dishwasher-safe detergent pods. Avoid oversized items or cookware not rated for the machine.
Trash Disposal
Trash chutes are located to the right at the end of the hall. Kindly bag all refuse before disposal.
Extra Sleeping
An air mattress is available in the storage bench in the lounge area for your third guest, along with fresh linens and a pump for easy setup.
House Etiquette
No smoking · Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM · Maximum 3 guests · No extra overnight guests · No parties or events of any kind.
Fees & Charges
A $500 charge applies for any smoking within the suite. A $300 fee is charged for an unreturned key fob. Any damaged or missing items are billed at the cost of replacement.
